Nur& Duha’s services are certified by Halal Institute of Spain, member of Halal Integrity Alliance and the only internationally recognized authority for that purpose. The purpose of Nur & Duha is in being committed to providing its customers with products and services in accordance with Islamic ethics. Our goal is to achieve this objective at all times. However, the full achievement of this may be limited by the conditioning factors specific to non-Muslim countries, some conditions that can not always be overcome.  Most particularly this happens with the presence of alcohol in restaurants and hotels: even if they fulfill the requirements for completely guaranteed halal food suppliers and are properly certified they are likely to continue offering the possibility of consuming alcohol to non-Muslim customers, therefore, there will still be presence of alcohol in their facilities.

Nur& Duha will always inform their clients to what extent the products or services they wish to contract actually meet halal criteria.

Booking conditions

Each of our products (tours, weekends, experiences, etc.) will have specific terms and conditions but in general the following apply with Nur & Duha:. Any booking received by Nur & Duha constitutes full knowledge and acceptance of all terms and conditions. Each person making reservations for or participating in tours or other products as described in this website understands and agrees to all terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein.

In some cases, Nur & Duha acts as an agent to its suppliers (e.g. accommodation providers, airlines, car hire companies, transfer companies, handling agencies, guided tours providers). Consequently in this cases each supplier’s terms and conditions will apply to your booking and copies are available upon request. Please ensure that you refer to the sections of these terms and conditions which are relevant to you and the way you access Nur & Duha.

Nur & Duha reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions without prior notice. This will not affect existing bookings unless stated (for example changes to Government Taxes or similar). The latest version will always be available on this website.

All travel products and services featured on this website are subject to availability.

Please note that in all cases the lead guest on the booking must be 18 years old or over at the time of booking request. The lead guest will be in contract and will be responsible for the information provided for all guest members of the party: this includes the correct spelling of names, title, age, passport and visa information and ensuring that all party members travel with full valid travel insurance.

It is considered that a reservation is made when the customer has paid 40% of the total booking price and a copy of the bank receipt is sent to Nur & Duha by fax or email.

The remaining 60% must be paid 20 days prior to departure, tour, experience or service that has been agreed upon.

A copy of the bank receipt is to be sent to Nur & Duha by fax or email with the Full Name of passenger and reference number that we have given you or in its absence: Full name, name of service and date of departure. In the case of, failure towards the total payment of the tour or service under the conditions indicated, it will be understood that the client wishes to discontinue the ordered service and will then be applied by the conditions mentioned in the section on “Cancellations”.

The flights and transport by train or boat must be paid in full at the time of issue (the date will be given by the airline or relevant company).

Booking confirmation

It is very unlikely that after you made your online booking with us we might receive unavailability for your booked accommodation, but as this may sometimes be necessary so we reserve the right to cancel your online booking within 24 hours and pay back to your account a full refund of all monies you paid to us. Therefore, we strongly advise to wait for our booking confirmation email before you book your own flights. You will receive it within 48  hours of making your online booking request. Your payment will be hold and only be taken once we confirm your booking.

Cancellations

Should you find it necessary to cancel or amend your booking, please contact Nur & Duha immediately, we will require written confirmation of the cancellation/amendment by the lead guest on the booking. Cancellation/amendment charges will apply, these charges will increase the nearer to departure the cancellation/amendment is made and can be as high as 100%: 15 days or more prior to departure, 10% of total price; 14 to 10 days prior to departure, 20% of total price; 9 to 3 days prior to departure, 30% of total price; 48 hours prior to departure;  50% of  total price. In the case of not showing up without having followed correctly the procedure for cancellations or arriving late for departure, would entail the loss of the total price of the touristic service or pack.

The charges will be confirmed to you on receipt of your written instruction to cancel or amend your holiday. For any cancellations suppliers cancellation rules apply and plus Nur & Duha admin charges (70 € minimum).

In the event that, before the trip, the organizer is obliged to significantly modify an essential element of the contract, including the price, the consumer would be immediately informed. In which case, and unless the two parties agree on something else, the consumer would then choose to terminate the contract without penalty or accept the modifications in the contract with the required changes and the change in price. The consumer should communicate his/her choice to Nur & Duha before three days after being informed of the modifications. If the consumer doesn’t notify his/her choice by the indicated terms it will be assumed that he/she terminates the contract without any penalty.

Insurance

Nur & Duha provides no insurance for passengers due to loss on the trip herein. Passengers are advised to obtain their own travel insurance for health while travelling and/or baggage loss.

Passports & Visas

All passengers must be in possession of a valid travel passport with at least 6 months minimum remaining on validity. Those travelling on family passports must travel with the main passport holder. Since June of 2012, the European authorities require that all passengers, regardless of nationality, are in possession of an individual official document to travel. Minors are also required a passport of their own.

It is your responsibility to check visa requirements with your holiday destination country’s consulate office in your country or with online official web sites before you travel.

Please ensure if making a late booking that you will have enough time to obtain the necessary visas if required. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct valid passport and visa documentation in time. Neither we nor the suppliers accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have failed to comply with any passport, visa or immigration requirements.

Prices

All prices are subject to availability and final confirmation. We reserve the right to alter the prices of any holidays, tour, workshop, experience or weekend travel shown on our website. You will be advised of the current price of the product you wish to book before your contract is confirmed.

We reserve the right to decline any booking. We are not under any obligation to deliver any tickets or documents appertaining to the booking until full payment has been received by us.

In the event that the payment is not received by us by required date, we may choose to treat the booking as cancelled by the client, in which case the deposit or prepaid amount shall be forfeited as per our cancellation fees. Some hotels may impose different payment schedules at certain times, and may not advise us until after your booking has been confirmed. Should this apply to your booking we will advise you as soon as the hotel makes us aware of this requirement.

Prices for resorts, hotels, villas, tailor-made holidays and guided tours components may change in line with currency fluctuations and prices for these listed on our website are for guidance purposes only.

The price of our tours and services include:

  • Round trip transportation, when this service is included in the program/offer in the contract, with type of transport, characteristics and category that is in the contract or document given to the customer at the time of agreement.
  • Lodging, when this service is included in the program/offer in the contract, in the establishment and with the diet contained in the contract or document given to the customer at the time of agreement.
  • Taxes or rates for accommodations and lodging and indirect taxes (value-added tax, VAT) – where applicable.
  • Technical assistance during the journey, when this service has been specifically included in the program/offer agreed upon.
  • All other services and accessories that are specified specifically in the program/offer or expressly stated in the travel contract or service.

The price of our tours and other services do not include:

  • Visas, ticketing charges and fees, airport taxes and/or entrance and exit fees and vaccination certificates.
  • “Extras” like coffees, beverages outside of agreed contract or special drinks inside the half board or full board, laundry and ironing, optional hotel services, and in general, any other service not specifically listed under “The price of the package includes” or is not specifically detailed in the program/offer in the contract or the documentation provided to the consumer as subscribed.

Special needs

Unless stated, we currently do not have the facilities and resources to cater for our clients with Special Needs. Inshallah, we are working on a products to cater such request.

Complaints

Any complaints must be reported immediately within 24 hours to the Tour Leader or to Nur & Duha saff.  We will do everything possible to resolve the matter.

Responsibilities & liability

The responsibility of Nur & Duha  and its agents act only as agents for passenger in regards to travel whether by air, railroad, motor coach or any other conveyance and assumes no defect, through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying members or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or as a direct or indirect result of acts of God, dangers incident in the sea, or air, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de facto wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations or from any other causes. Nur & Duha can accept no responsibilities for loss or additional expenses to travellers due to delay or changes in schedule. Tour services included but not limited to guide services, hotel accommodations, meals and other services are furnished by third parties who are independent and do not act for or on behalf of Nur & Duha and with whom Nur & Duha has no relationship as joint venture or otherwise. Therefore Nur & Duha shall not be liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury arising out of or in connection with such package.

Protection policy data

All the information that is received from the users of  this website, either by e-mail consultations or for the completion of forms on the pages for the request of information or the procurement of services, is treated with the utmost confidentiality by Nur & Duha.

Data will be treated only for the purposes indicated in each case and in order to provide the requested service. The data will be incorporated in an automated file of Nur & Duha that corresponds according to their access and these will be protected with security measures legally established according to the type of files, and shall not be communicated to third parties without the consent of the owner.

We inform you that the data collected through the web site will be incorporated into the following files depending on the purpose for which they are collected. File contacts: manage the agenda of contacts and professional and/or personal electronic communication received from Nur & Duha file management: management of all processes taking place for the performance of the services requested and hired and elaboration of tax and legal obligations of the provision of our services.
The users of the services may exercise the rights of access, opposition, rectification and cancellation sets organic law 15/1999, of 13 December, with the specific information that is determined in each notice.
